Lors de votre recherche sur terrains.fr, les terrains potentiellement non constructibles sont normalement indiqués comme tel ( et il y en pas ou très peu). Avant toute signature d’achat ou de réservation d’un terrain, il vous faudra consulter le Plan Local d’Urbanisme (PLU) de la commune. De plus vous pouvez demander à la mairie un certificat de situation administrative du terrain qui bloquera sa constructibilité pour quelques mois.. Vous pouvez aussi inclure dans l’acte d’achat du terrain une clause suspensive d’obtention du permis de construire.
